THE LORD IS!!!

"When things look bad, remember, God is good"

Good morning, what a beautiful day that our Father has given us. Thought I would share this with, we have so very much to be thankful for, have a bless day and give thanks to the Shepherd!!

Never Alone, Never Lacking - Psalm 23-25; Acts 21:18:40
"The Lord is my shepherd; there is nothing I lack." (Psalm 23:1) The Lord watches over me and takes care of all my needs. I'm not missing one thing that is absolutely essential (Philippians 4:11). I'm grateful to wake up in the morning and especially appreciative if I have something to eat and possibly someone to speak with. It's always wonderful when my body and mind cooperates as well. I'm simply thankful for being in a relationship with my Lord.
"He lets me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside quiet waters, He renews my life; He leads me along the right paths for His name's sake." (V2-3) Even despite all of the chaos and detours of life, God, my Good Shepherd, gives me rest in my spirit, fresh oil for my soul and keeps me on the path that will fulfill the call He has chosen for me. Knowing that I can count on Him keeps my mind at peace (Isaiah 26:3)
"Even when I go through the darkest valley, I fear no danger, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff - they comfort me." (V4) God's got me. There is no room for fear in my life. No matter where my path leads I know that He is there and that I will ultimately be alright. There's more to life than just the short time we are given here on planet earth. His rod and staff keep me on a short leash. They help keep my mind focused on kingdom issues that are important to Him so that I do not get sidetracked by temporal earth bound problems.
"You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Only goodness and faithful love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord as long as I live." (V5-6) There will be no enemies present in heaven; therefore, I must conclude that God will cause even my enemies to be at peace with me here in this present time. Even though they may set me up, God will allow them to see my victory and there will be nothing they can do to deter it. In the end, God will prevail.
My relationship with the Lord will continue to increase and as a result His love and kindness will not only be present but will overtake me. God is a God of too much, my cup is not only full but overflowing, hallelujah. The comfort and anointing of the Holy Spirit will constantly be with me. I will always be able to find the remnant of God in His house. I will not only dwell in His presence here with my family in Christ but into eternity where I will experience the fullness of knowing Him.
PRAYER:
Father, thank You for allowing me to know You. I pray to bring many into a relationship with You. Guide me and give me the ability to convey to the masses how wonderful You are. I pray that Psalm 23 will be a reality to all those in the Body of Christ. Teach us how to stand and walk out Your word. I give You all of the glory and honor and praise. I am grateful. In Jesus' name I
If we want peace, we all must pray and work for justice.

God Bless,
