Payton McClure, who is described in court papers as a "life-long consumer" of Fruit Roll-Ups, is suing General Mills because she says the packaging on the popular "fruit" snack is misleading. For instance, while you may be under the impression the product is "nutritious," "healthy to consume," "naturally flavored," "low fat," and "a good source of Vitamin C," it turns out Fruit Roll-Ups are not specifically too good for you."Unfortunately for consumers and, including children, all these claims are false and misleading," the $5 million suit, filed in Manhattan Federal Court, alleges. According to Reuters, the complaint seeks class-action status on behalf of purchasers of the fruit snacks, which contain the dreaded partially hydrogenated oil. Are you a life-long consumer of Fruit Roll-Ups, Fruit by the Foot and Fruit Gushers? Wow, so are we—breakfast, lunch, and dinner! And it's going to take a lot of money for General Mills to make up for this shocking betrayal; we've been sourcing our fruit from these delicious products since the '80s, when this classic commercial first deceived us: |

I challenge you to love your child who has just informed you he/she is homosexual. I challenge you to love your president and stop spreading the hate that because he looks different from preceding presidents (because, let's admit that that is what most of that is all about). I challenge you to love that man, woman or child who is incarcerated for whatever reason, because the Bible also says you should! In other words, I challenge Christians to be Christ-like as per His example, His purpose here on earth.
